Moving all around the city today on the job. No photo ops today, just too busy getting things done and doing the right thing. Howdy, just a few words before I head back to the oven. It has been at or over 100 degrees now for more than 3 weeks. At some point or another the people of South Texas will be ready to serve up, for we have been cooking for a long time.
